Nintendo seems to have finally began revving up the excite-o-meter on it’s soon to be released home console, the Wii U. The video below is a very deep and incredibly classy unboxing of the Wii U premium Japan edition by none other than the president of Nintendo himself, Satoru Iwata.

How bad ass was that? Despite the scattered news we’re getting on the Wii U, one has to recognize this face-to-face approach as a positive sign of Nintendo being more transparent.
On the other side of the pond, US game journalists have already gotten their nerdy hands on the Wii U premium US edition (which includes a free game and other goodies). IGN has already released unboxing which may not look as classy but definitely gives us a close look at the Wii U game covers and the Wii U Pro controller .
