Still day dreaming about Squareenix’s Luminous engine and its capabilities? Well we finally got some interesting news this amazing new tech.

According to its producer, Yoshihisa Hashimot, the Luminos engine will be optimized to work on anything ranging from next gen hardware to mobile devices such as iPads.

In the case of the Luminous Studio, we’re probably not going to be bound to any particular platform.

The engine caters to PC already, probably PlayStation 3, Mobile, iPad tablets also browser and cloud as well. Not just next-gen – we can scale

That’s definitely great news!

Square is not the first company in the world to devolop multiplatform engines. The Unreal engine is capable on running on mobile devices which powers games such as Epoch and Inifinity Blade.

Can’t wait to see this baby in action. How about in Kingdom Hearts 3? (goes back to day dreaming)

I heard about the whole FF Versus 13 being FXV being fake but I wouldn’t be surprised if it were true.
That game is just choking the the Kingdom Hearts pipeline.
