Well, you can say goodbye to the old Final Fantasy XIV world, because it’s being destroyed. Square Enix is getting rid of any trace of the old version of the game & preparing for an improved version, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn which will be launching in 2013.
Since, Final Fantasy XIV: A Real Reborn shall launch in 2013, you’re going to have trouble finding the original. But, if you already purchased it you will get access to the new version for free.
If you’re interested in playing this game I would recommend on trying to get the original version as soon as you can, on Amazon A Realm Reborn is listed at $29.99 and $39.99 for PC and PS3. The original is around 11$ which is cheaper and you will get A Real Reborn for free.
