Capcom Has Plans for Mega Man’s 25th

megaman_staytuned_post

Here we go again. Capcom has given us another reason not to lose hope in Mega Man’s fate. Capcom’s senior product marketing manager, Matt Dahlgren had this to say regarding the anniversary.

“We had 15 last year for Resident Evil,” he said, “and then we have Mega Man coming up. So stay tuned.”

So there you have it. Nothing concerete but something to hold on to until December. But please, Capcom. Give us something more serious. I don’t want to spend Mega Man’s birthday playing a Japanese social mobile RPG game. No one does.

RE had their 15th already, and RE6 doesn’t look to deliver on good faith, thus far.

Given all that they’ve done last year, Capcom has much to do to make good their claim….

How about a bridge game between the X and Zero Series. Elf wars please!

If they wanted a change, how about an FPS or strategy game?

We have enough FPS games out there, no thanks to that.

ZX 3, Legends 3, and some things I won’t mention in case that jinx’s it. I need my ZX 3. Biometals need to be restored to their reploid states and allow Vent, Aile, Grey, and Ashe to keep the Biometal powers anyway. |3

Capcom doesn’t care about Mega Man, only about Street Fighter and ???? VS Capcom!! Since Mega Man was completely and purposedly destroyed by Capcom I prefer Nintendo, because Mario is still alive and kicking, as well as Donkey kong, Zelda, and Kirby. Why did they murdered Mega Man?! No matter what they think, Mega Man is an immortal myth that won’t ever die.

yep you’re right. capcom are now greedy bastards. I hope that they comes to their senses or that an other company like nintendo makes mgea man games and they make then the remaining sequels of mega man like mega man x9 (cure the sigma virus) and a sequel of mega man zx 3 and maybe mega man 11 how wily this time really gives up and makes the maverick virus and awaken zero and the fight between bass and zero as promised in mega man 2: the power fighters – bass ending
