Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut announced as a free DLC

When the very first game of the Mass Effect series came out I was dubiouse.

“An RPG shooter?” I thought, “not interested.”

Well when I finally did try it out I quickly became addicted to playing it over and over again looking for the best ending I could attain that would satisfy my need for a “perfect ended”. This became a habit by the time the Mass Effect 2 was out… and then Mass Effect 3’s ending Happened.

Now I am not the sort of person to fully condemn the ending… its just that it did not satisfy my no matter how I spun it in my head… Who else felt that way? Share your thoughts through commenting below!

Well, that’s why Bioware has worked to provide this free DLC which will be released on the 26th of June 2012 for PC and Xbox worldwide, and while PS3 players in North America will be receiving it with the PC and Xbox players, the other PS3 players will receive it a little later on the 4th of July 2012. The DLC will add extra cinematics that won’t drastically change the story but instead be something like what a directors cut edition would be to a movie. This DLC would then in a sense offer closure… Well I am looking forward to the ending and resuming my old habit of replaying the game over and over till I reach a satisfactory ending!
